In, there are 3 different types of reservations depending on the way of payment:

  • Bookings where you pay the whole reservation at the time of purchase
  • Bookings in which only you will pay a portion of the total amount of the reservation at the time of the reservation
  • Bookings where the total amount of the reservation is payable directly at the hotel.

For all these options, you have at your disposal two payment gateways (Mangopay for credit cards and Paypal). The payment or the introduction of the card details is used as a guarantee for your Booking.

Most of our hotels have a cancelation policy up to 24 hours before check in in the room. If you canceled within the limits permitted by the hotel policy, we will refund the amount previously paid. You can view the details of the cancelation policy during the process of booking your hotel and / or in the email confirmation.To cancel a reservation you must go here, where you must enter your reservation data.
ByHours does not charge a fee if you respect the cancellation policy of the hotel. Note that you should always cancel within the deadline set by the hotel.
From the moment you make the cancellation, it may take a maximum of 48-72 hours. In addition, the refund will be issued by the same method of payment previously used for the initial booking.
After confirming your reservation, you will receive a booking reference number. This code is your guarantee. In addition, you will receive an email with the details of your reservation; if not, check your spam folder. If you have not received the email, do not worry, you only need the reference number.
The prices listed on our platform are always per room. In the detail of each room, it is specified if the room is single, double, triple or quadruple.
All prices are inclusive of all taxes except tourist tax that applies only in Catalonia (ranging from 0.50 to 2.50 €). You can find more information about this rate in Terms of use.
Since the hotel will be the one to receive the payment of your booking, you should address the hotel directly for refund. Even so if you need any help do not hesitate to inform us through and we'll help with the process. Anything to help!
When you confirm your reservation, you will receive in your mailbox an email from with the details of your booking. You can also request a receipt from the hotel where you stay.
This may happen because no room is available for the dates you are looking for. Try it without specifying the dates, or look for another pack of hours. You can also call or send us an email (see our phone/email here) and we'll help you according to the availability of the hotel you are looking for or similar.
